Thank you all so much for your contributions for Harvest. We were amazed by the amount of food and toiletries that were contributed this year. They will be being collected by the charity 'Mark McCarthy's Magic Moments' over the next couple of days (Mrs Wray has had to phone them to tell them one car will not be enough) to help people suffering from cancer in the local community.
Our Harvest Festival was a great success. Most year groups performed harvest songs to each other and our visitors - including Governors, many close friends of Godwin, and members of the community. We were also treated to a classical poem performed by our Year 6 children. Reverend Mark from St Albans talked to the children and led us in a moment of reflection and thanks for all the food we are lucky to have.
For a full Harvest write up and pictures please see the 'School' page under Children>Class pages.
