Week ending 23rd October
Well done on a very successful half term! 277 children gained 100% attendance for the half term and have their names on the attendance tree outside Mrs Phillips' office! 19 children had improved their attendance this half term which was really pleasing.
We were delighted that 2 classes got 100% attendance for last week - Well done Yellow class and 4D! 2 classes also achieved the 'on time' award with every child being in on time each day - Well done 6W and 2D.
482 children had 100% attendance for the week and their names all went into the raffle for bowling tickets. Sadie Piggins' family won this raffle, and have got bowling tickets for the whole family. The raffle starts again after half term, make sure your child is in every day each week to get more chances of winning another family prize.
Stay on Green winners this week were 1T, 3N and 6W - they have half term to think about how to use their green time to celebrate! Well done.
Week ending 16th October
This week the class that won the attendance award was 2D with 99.7% attendance - well done 2D.
It was clearly a week for all the 'D's' with 1D, 2D, 4D and 6M all winning the 'Stay on Green' award this week - excellent! We hope you have fun celebrating in your green time next week. Miss Spooner will be conducting research at Parents' evening to find out what parents think about our new behaviour system. Please take the time to share your opinion with her.

The Stay on Green award was won by 2S, 4T and 6W.
I bet you are all looking forward to your Green time next week!
Week ending 2nd October
As the colds and sickness bugs begin to kick in, parents are still showing determination to get children to school on time, thank you!
Last week 6M won the attendance prize, with 99.3% attendance - Well done!
This week, 476 children had 100% attendance, adding their names to the raffle for the 100% attendance prize this half term.
Children across the school are showing enthusiasm to 'Stay on Green' and I am seeing more 'bronze' awards around, with children showing that they can 'stay on green' consistently and showing behaviour that goes beyond the rules.
This week 1K, 1T, 4T and 6M won the 'Stay on Green' award, and will have their 'Green time' celebration next week. Last week's winners enjoyed making pizzas and cookies. One of our children from 1D commented:
'This is what it is all about! We word really hard to stay on green, and then we can win the Green time and get to do fun things like make pizza!' What a brilliant understanding!

It has been great meeting parents and hearing them tell me about how the children are engaging with Stay on Green and telling them all about it at home! I know some of our parents are using it at home as well! Thank you for your support - I am always keen to get any feedback.
Week ending 18th September
We also had 493 children across the school with 100% attendance for the whole of this week. All of these children will have their name put in for the attendance raffle.
