The 4W and 4G class teachers are Mrs Wood and Mr Galea. Supporting the children across the year are Mrs Ryan, Mrs Herd, Miss Small, Miss Brand and Miss Abokor.

Key Dates for this Half Term

Here are some of the key dates for this half term (subject to change):

  • 19th November - Into Film Festival trip to cinema

  • 8th, 9th and 10th December - Nativity rehearsals and performance in St. Alban's Church

  • 15th December - Trip to City Hall

PE times

PE days and times are below:

  • 4W indoor PE - Monday 

  • 4G indoor PE - Monday 

  • 4W outdoor PE - Tuesday

  • 4G outdoor PE - Tuesday

Please make sure your child has the appropriate PE kit, long hair is tied up and earrings are removed on these days. PE kit will be sent home at the end of each half-term for washing. 

The Mile days are below:

  • Wednesday

  • Thursday

Ways to Support your Child’s Learning at Home

There are three documents that you can download below to support your child with their reading, writing and maths at home:

  • Try the Reading Questions Bookmark for ideas to ask before, during and after reading.

  • Download the Year 1 and 2 common exception word and Year 3 and 4 words list below. Please help your child to read and spell as many as they can over the year.

  • Use the Top 10 Maths Tips document for simple, practical ideas to build maths skills.
