Health and wellbeing

Health and Well being is really important for all of us. It is not just our physical health we have to think about but also our mental and emotional health too. The GP or dentist might be for the whole family but sometimes services are directed at people of specific ages, usually separated in to adults or children's services. There are lots of ways to help us all take care of our health, the health of those we care about and even other people who we don't know at all. There are also ways that aren't always immediately obvious such as; just  being kind to ourselves and others which can sometimes have an instant effect.
