Today we are learning to draw accurately. What does accurately mean? Why do you think it is important to draw accurately? Watch the video below to learn more and then have a go at the worksheet.
Today we will be innovating ideas and planning the story ready to write it tomorrow. Work through the ages 16-18 before planning your own story on page 19. You might want to draw your own story map to help you too. The more you think about your ideas when planning, the easier it will be to write the story but don't write your whole story on the plan!
Today we will be joining b and p from a diagonal join. This is a new join so you will need to spend some time practicing the join. Then match the words and write them in the box on the sheet. Finally, write out some of your own sentences using these words.
This week is all about fun in the sun! Although the weather may not be as hot as it has been recently, it is still important that you know how to stay safe.
Today we would like you to be campaigners for sun safety. Your aim is to tell everyone in the school about how and why it is important to stay safe when in the sun. You could write a speech or a letter, design posters, create some drama or a mixture of things.
There are some powerpoints for you to read through below. Remember your points need to be clear and easy to remember. You might want a catchy slogan too!
We look forward to seeing what you get up to :)
