Maths
Start by answering the questions on the flashback 4 powerpoint and check your answers from the second slide.
Then spend some time practicing showing different times on an analogue clock so that you feel confident. Today we will be looking at converting analogue times to digital on a 12 hour clock. Write all of the hour times out in analogue and digital times e.g 1 O'clock - 1:00am. What do AM and PM mean?
Ask an adult to give you analogue times and convert them to digital times. Lots of practice and then have a go at the worksheet.
English
Today we will be exploring characters - an essential part of any story! Have a go at the two activities on Page 13 and 14. We would love to see what you come up with on the Purple Mash blog :)
Science
Pollination is a very important part of the life cycle of plants. It is where insects take pollen between flowering plants to make seeds.
Have a read of the powerpoint below to learn all about the pollination process then have a go at the activity sheet.
As well as pollination there are other processes that are necessary in the life cycle of plants. Learn all about it on the powerpoint below.
We would like you to decide how you present your learning. You could draw a diagram, poster or even some drama to explain the life cycle. Take a picture and share on the purple mash blog :)
Happy learning!
