Activity 1 - Family Discussion

Use the cards to have a family discussion about the coronavirus. How are you feeling about what is going on? 

Activity 2 - My Home Bubble

Who is in my home bubble? Draw and label every member of your home bubble.

Read you favourite book for 30 minutes.

Activity 3 - First Aid - Asthma Attack

Going to secondary school means increased independence. What does this mean? What are some of the good things about this? Who is looking forward to it? What might some of the difficulties be? 

Do you think that everyone should learn first aid? Would you feel confident to help somebody in an emergency? Would you want someone to help you? 

Learn how to help somebody if they are having an asthma attack.

Write a letter to your new Head of Year, introducing yourself. Use the letter template provided to remind you of a letter structure.

• well-chosen conjunctions and adverbials;
• Standard English;
• clear, accurately punctuated sentences.

Your task is to create a shopping list which includes all of the necessary equipment. Think about the different subjects e.g. PE and Food Technology.
