Let's get Dancing!
Dance is a great way to stay active whilst having fun at the same time! Why not try out some of these dance routines we have created for you at home.

1.Circle the wrist.
Circle the hips.
Add the two together.
Move arms up and down.
Pivot turn on the spot
Arm “snakes” up and down in front of the body.
To the left.
To the right
Wrists tap together
6.Repeat actions to create a dance
1. Running on the spot
Heels up behind
Hands high- action of screwing a light bulb
2. Side leans
Hands pull away
3. Step hops
Foot up behind each time
Opposite hands to legs
4. Jumping Jacks
Arms open out
Arms close and clap
5. Repeat actions to create a dance

Keep feet together, hands on your hips
Adding a lean side to side, pulsing for 2 counts on each side. Repeat x 2.
Slide to the left and clap, then slide to the right and clap. Repeat x 2.
Step with your right leg forward pulling your body down using the opposite hand in a fist and bounce. Then do it with the left foot forward and right hand in a fist. Repeat.
Then strike a street pose or freeze. Repeat x3.

Bend knees whist rolling shoulders back x4 and then x4 forwards
Bend knees whilst rolling elbows back (hands on shoulders) x4, then x4 forwards.
Bend knees whilst rolling straight arms (lengthen arms in big circles) x4, then x4 forwards.
Step forward on right and swing right arm back and left going forward.
Come back to neutral, the step forward on the left and swing right arm going forward and left arm going back. Come back to neutral. Repeat x4.
Do same as above but low to the ground x4
