In last week's plans, it was pointed out that these activities were for 2 weeks, so repeat any your child particularly enjoyed doing and try some new ones.
Together read challenges, e.g. Can you jump on the spot for 30 seconds? Can you jog on the spot for 1 minute? Can you stand on one leg for 10 seconds? Can you do star jumps for 30 seconds? Can you do bunny jumps for 30 seconds? Can you stretch up high and touch the ground for 1 minute? Can you do squats for 30 seconds? Can you do jumping jacks for 1 minute? Can you do march with high legs for 1 minute? Can you march with high legs for 30 seconds? Can you twist left, then right for 30 seconds/ 20 times? Can you wiggle your body for 30 seconds? Can you touch your toes and hold for 10 seconds? Can you do arm circles for 20 seconds? Can you punch your arms in front of you for 1 minute? Can you do box steps for 1 minute? Can you stand on one leg for 10 seconds? Can you hop for 30 seconds?
You can repeat actions/ do different actions during the sessions. Resources: sandtimers (30 seconds/1 minute) and/or stopwatches, spots/markers
